By purchasing any service on our platform, you agree to this policy.
1. General Overview
Because our services provide digital access, database queries, and immediate or scheduled digital visibility, all sales are generally final except as explicitly outlined below. We strive to be fair while protecting our platform from misuse.
2. Paid Profile Plans (Job Seekers / Employers)
Job post packages allow employers to publish a specific number of job listings.

- Activation Terms: Paid upgrades and enhanced visibility features provide immediate value upon purchase. Therefore, fees for active profile tiers are non-refundable once the account upgrade is applied.
- Renewal Refunds: If you are unintentionally charged for a recurring subscription renewal, you may request a full refund within 48 hours of the renewal charge, provided no features (application invites, cv downloads, etc.) were used during that new billing period.
- Partial Periods: We do not offer prorated refunds or credits for partial months of service or unused subscription features.
- Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your recurring subscription at any time via your account dashboard or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current active billing cycle. You will retain full access until that cycle ends, with no further charges billed.

3. Job Packages
Job post packages allow employers to publish a specific number of job listings.

- Unpublished Posts: You may request a full refund within 24 hours of purchase, provided none of the job posts in the package have been published or gone live.
- Published Posts: Once a job post has been published and made live on the Platform, it is non-refundable.
- Unused Bundle Credits: Partial refunds are not provided for unused job slots remaining in a multi-post package.

4. Resume Access & Database Searches
Access to our candidate resume database allows you to search, view, and download candidate profiles.
